Daniel graduated from Murdoch University with First Class Honours and was awarded the prestigious Banksia Association Scholarship. Daniel also received the Vice Chancellor's Commendation for Academic Excellence and won numerous awards for attaining the highest marks in various legal subjects.
Daniel studied law after having a successful career as a police officer, as well as being a supervisor at an iron ore mine site in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.
Prior to joining MDS Legal, Daniel worked at the Supreme Court of Western Australia as the research associate for the Honourable Justice Pritchard and the Honourable Justice Tottle. Before his time at the Supreme Court, Daniel worked as a paralegal in the construction litigation team at a large international law firm in Perth.
Daniel has a keen interest in contractual disputes, construction litigation, Family Provision Act claims, employment law and farming and agricultural matters.
