Dylan graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2018 with a Bachelor of Laws, having previously attained Bachelor of Science from the same university. Dylan was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in November 2019 and in the High Court of Australia in May 2020.
Prior to commencing his legal career, Dylan worked in the events industry as the Western Australian event coordinator for a large multinational company, gaining experience in risk management, client relations and contract administration.
Dylan joined MDS Legal after working in boutique Western Australian law firm, predominantly in the area of commercial litigation, and has appeared in the Supreme Court in general litigation matters and in judicial review.
Dylan continues to practice in the area of litigation, working with Ashley Macknay focusing on professional negligence claims. This primarily involves advising and defending civil claims against solicitors in the State courts for Law Mutual (WA), the insurance arm of the Law Society of Western Australia.
