Gabriel has over 15 years’ experience and extensive knowledge in advising clients in relation to property, general commercial, trusts, and wills and estate matters.
Primarily working in the property and commercial section of the firm, he regularly provides advice to clients in relation to the acquisition, development (both greenfield subdivision and multi-level mixed use strata developments), leasing and sale of residential, commercial and rural land.
He also has broad commercial experience and regularly advises and prepares documentation in the areas of wills and estate planning (including drafting complex wills and testamentary trusts), estate administration (including acting in numerous inheritance claims), and trusts (including reviewing and amending trusts deeds).
Gabriel is an active member of the Law Society of Western Australia, where he is a member of Law Society's Property Law and Elder Law and Succession committees and is a former member of a number of its committees including the Joint Form of General Conditions committee.
Gabriel assisted in the establishment of the of the WA branch of the Asian Australian Lawyers Association (AALA) and remains a committee member of the WA Branch of the AALA, and is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Australasian Legal Practice Management Association (ALPMA).
